"Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (AGG) is a sport characterized by stylized, natural total body movement. It combines harmonious, rhythmic, and dynamic movements with natural strength, emphasizing fluent execution, amplitude, and variety in dynamics and speed. AGG also incorporates basic body movements using various equipment, focusing on body expression, stretching, relaxation, and enhancing group dynamics through teamwork and play."
