    Recreational Gymnastics for Kids

    Preschool Gymnastics (Ages 3–5)
    Our youngest groups explore gymnastics through playful movement! Classes help develop balance, coordination, and early acrobatic skills in a fun, encouraging environment.

    School-Age Gymnastics (Ages 6–14)
    These classes combine the basics of gymnastics with elements of rhythmic and Aesthetic Group Gymnastics. Children train in age-based groups, focusing on flexibility, teamwork, and flowing movement using hoops, ropes, and balls.

    Aesthetic Group Gymnastics

    Aesthetic Group Gymnastics
    In the 2025–2026 season, our groups will explore the fundamentals of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics. We’ll learn expressive body movements like waves and swings, practice balances and jumps, and train with rhythmic equipment to add color and creativity. Each group prepares a group routine to perform twice a year—no pressure, just joy in movement!
