WINTER PROGRAM 2025 TUESDAY at TAKIFF CENTER, Glencoe Taiga Mini Movers Ages 3-4 years old at 3:30 (55min), Takiff Center, Glencoe REGISTRATION AND DETAILS Fun play and basic body movements using various equipment, occasionally integrating music. This class explores what your body can do through play and encourages trying out different movements like somersaults, spins, and jumps in a safe environment. It also focuses on body expression, stretching, and relaxation. Group dynamics improve through teamwork and play. All the programs and registrations go trough Glencoe Park District. WEDNESDAY at TAKIFF CENTER, Glencoe Taiga Gymnastics After School Program 1-2 Graders at 3:30 (55min), at Takiff Center REGISTRATION AND DETAILS "Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (AGG) is a sport characterized by stylized, natural total body movement. It combines harmonious, rhythmic, and dynamic movements with natural strength, emphasizing fluent execution, amplitude, and variety in dynamics and speed. AGG also incorporates basic body movements using various equipment, focusing on body expression, stretching, relaxation, and enhancing group dynamics through teamwork and play." It combines harmonious, rhythmic, and dynamic movements with natural strength, emphasizing fluent execution, amplitude, and variety in dynamics and speed. Sometimes AGG also incorporates basic body movements using various equipment, but always focusing on body expression, stretching, relaxation, and enhancing group dynamics through teamwork and play.
